## FAQs
- **What is fractional operations support?** An experienced operations person in your business for the hours you need, without a full-time hire. I sort out the systems, processes and day-to-day running of things.
- **How is this different from a virtual assistant?** A virtual assistant usually handles tasks for you, like emails and bookings. I focus on the systems behind the tasks: how work flows, who owns what, and which tools you use. The aim is a business that runs well whether I'm there or not.
- **Do you work with solo businesses, or only teams?** Both. Solo owners usually want simpler systems and less to remember. Teams usually need smoother handoffs between people.
- **Do you only work with ClickUp?** No. ClickUp is my specialism, but I set up and improve the other tools your business runs on too. I'll work with what you use, or help you choose something better.
- **Where are you based?** Edinburgh, Scotland. I work remotely with businesses anywhere, mainly on UK time, and can adjust my hours for other time zones.
- **How can we work together?** Three ways, depending on what you need: a one-off project, such as a ClickUp setup or a tool migration; a project followed by a small monthly retainer to keep things running; or an ongoing retainer for regular support. We'll agree what suits you before any work starts.
